Core First Aid delivers Canadian Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED training to individuals, groups, workplaces, communities, and organizations throughout the region.

Founded by Ron Ducharme, a Manitoba Paramedic with 20 years of frontline emergency response experience, Core First Aid combines Canadian Red Cross training standards with practical knowledge gained through two decades of real-world emergency response.

Since 2010, Core First Aid has trained more than 10,000 participants throughout Manitoba, Northwestern Ontario, and Eastern Saskatchewan.

Training is available at your location or at our training centre and focuses on practical skills that participants can apply during real emergencies.
