Ron Ducharme is the Founder, Owner & Lead Instructor at Core First Aid, providing Canadian Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED training.

Since 2006, Ron has gained extensive experience serving Manitoba communities as a Paramedic. His background includes more than 14 years with the City of Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service, he currently continues to serve Manitoba communities as a casual Paramedic with Shared Health.

A proud member of Minegoziibe Anishinabe (Pine Creek First Nation), Ron has worked extensively with Indigenous communities.

Since 2010, Ron has been a Canadian Red Cross Training Partner and Instructor. Over the years, he has trained and retrained more than 10,000 participants throughout Manitoba, Northwestern Ontario, and Eastern Saskatchewan.

Ron is committed to helping individuals, workplaces, organizations, and communities develop the confidence and skills needed to respond effectively during emergencies.
